There’s a local movement growing in Chillicothe, and Hometown Threads is the center of it. Ultimately, everyone’s clothing is an advertisement, for the things we support and the places we love. So, why not support your roots? Hometown Threads was founded by Ben Thompson under the belief that we all have pride in the places we’re from, and Ohio is no different.

As part of the Hometown Apparel family, Hometown Threads offers only the highest quality clothing in their store, with exclusive designs celebrating Chillicothe and our home state of Ohio. By supporting local pride, you can inspire others to celebrate their own roots as well.

“I’ve really seen a mindset shift over the years, both locally and nationally,” Ben says. “People are beginning to realize that it’s not only stylish but important, to celebrate the places we come from. By taking ownership of our communities, we’re investing in our communities. I believe community pride is the foundation for a healthy community, and that’s what we’re hoping to build with Hometown Threads. Something like a T-shirt may seem small, but it’s the reflection of something much larger.”

Hometown Threads’ new space is a bright, airy retail front located on the corner of The Fort Collective. They offer stylish T-shirts, hoodies, hats, and more that you can only find in their brick and mortar.

The shop is now open 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday. They’re closed on Sundays.
